Whether it\u2019s a nurse responding to an emergency, a technician following lockout\/tagout steps, or an employee reporting unsafe behavior\u2014training plays a quiet but critical role in shaping those decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"1044\">Workplace safety doesn\u2019t come from policies alone.
