Policy
Under Local Law 95 of 2018 of NYC and NY state Law, all employers are required to adopt a sexual harassment prevention policy and display notices in both English and Spanish and distribute a factsheet.
Complaint Form
New York State Labor Law requires all employers to adopt a sexual harassment policy that includes a complaint form for employees to report alleged incidents of sexual harassment.
If you have 15 or more employees and if you have an office in NY state this law applies to you.
These employees could be full-time, part-time or contractors.
They could be working in NY State or outside.
