The mission
The internet is drowning in generic AI prose. In safety and compliance, AI "slop" isn't just annoying — it's dangerous. AI lacks context, accuracy, and nuance. You will be our ultimate Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) storyteller, ruthlessly cutting the fluff so our public and enterprise content is accurate, authoritative, and human.
What you'll do

De-robotize content
Take AI-generated drafts and edit them to sound sharp, clear, and perfectly aligned with our brand voice.

Multi-channel writing
Generate high-impact content for our B2B website, high-stakes email campaigns, and deep-dive technical blog posts.

Eliminate ambiguity
Ensure instructions, safety guides, and marketing assets leave zero room for misinterpretation.

Optimize LLM pipelines
Orchestrate and fine-tune AI content workflows to move from raw data to authoritative first drafts at 10x speed.
What you bring
- Preference for Master's candidates with high academic achievement alongside raw storytelling talent.
- Ruthless copy-editing skills. You hate fluff, passive voice, and generic AI catchphrases.
- Strong prompt-engineering curiosity — you know how to use AI tools, but you know their accuracy limits better.
- A portfolio that proves you can write authoritative content for real human decision-makers.
- Advanced AI literacy: ability to troubleshoot hallucination patterns in technical compliance content.
- Awareness of AI agent orchestration workflows (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI).
