Graphics & UI/UX Designer Intern
Design intuitive, trustworthy product interfaces and context-accurate visuals for high-stakes training.
The mission
In a chaotic hospital ward or a fast-paced commercial kitchen, digital interfaces must be flawless. A confusing UI or a misleading visual in a training module can lead to catastrophic real-world mistakes. You will build experiences that solve the ultimate challenge: hardest to consistently apply, every single day.
What you'll do

Contextual image validation
Critically review stock and AI-generated images so they accurately depict real compliance contexts (correct PPE, proper biohazard labeling). No weird AI anomalies.

Optimize the UI/UX journey
Design highly intuitive, clean, engaging product layouts and web pages that eliminate friction.

Maintain visual trust
Establish and enforce branding guidelines that project authority, premium design, and consistency.

AI-augmented asset pipeline
Direct generative AI models to create context-accurate technical diagrams and medical illustrations within rigid branding.
What you bring
- A preference for those with a Master's background; high academic standing alongside a strong creative portfolio.
- Foundational knowledge of Miro and Adobe Express with strong intent to build professional-grade skills.
- A portfolio (personal or academic) showing an eye for clarity, functionality, and clean minimalist design.
- A strong grasp of user psychology, spacing, hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
- Interest in AI-driven design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Relume) for rapid iteration.
- Awareness of real-time generative design platforms (e.g. Galileo AI).
